Delivery Information

Whether you need your order urgently or are happy to wait a few days we've got a delivery option to suit you. With a range of services available from Next day and Saturday delivery to our economy 1-3 day service we're confident that you'll find a service that suits you and your lifestyle.

Our charges are as follows:

Standard Delivery

• Free Economy Delivery (1-3 Days): On orders over £90.00 on Selected Item.
• £2.08+ VAT: For 1-3 working day delivery on orders below £5.99.
• £3.33+ VAT: For 1-3 working day delivery on orders below £20.99.
• £6.16+ VAT: For 1-3 working day delivery on orders below £89.99.
• £10.50+ VAT: For 1-3 working day delivery on orders Over £90.00.
• £9.99+ VAT: For next working day delivery on orders below £176.25.

For delivery outside of the UK mainland, please contact us for a quote.

Additional charges may apply for heavy Deliveries.
As we use a courier service, deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, or if Saturday Delivery is requested)

Damaged Goods

As part of our service we ensure that all products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise any damage being sustained during transit.

Before any goods are signed for, you should check that there is no damage. By signing for the goods you are accepting the delivery is in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please do not sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible that you have refused the delivery. At times we appreciate with large deliveries this may not always be possible, so should you find that within 24 hours of delivery there are damaged products, please notify us for a replacement to be despatched. 

Returns
Goods ordered may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full product refund including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:

Goods returned must be received in as new condition with all software and product seals intact.
Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, cables, manuals, CD's etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete.
The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.
Carriage costs for the original despatch and returning the goods are your responsibility. 
The goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.
You must complete the Returns Form.

Please note that a restocking fee  will apply to all returns.

If the goods fail to meet the above conditions then we may refuse to accept the goods. 

Returns and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000

You are entitled to return your  item for a refund if you change your mind. However, this is subject to certain conditions, laid out below.

1. If you wish to return your item you do so at your own cost, you must inform us of your intention WITHIN 48 HOURS and return within seven days of receipt and We will provide you with a return address. and required information including return transaction no.

2. The item and any packaging must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.

3. The item must be securely packed and clearly labelled for return, and a proof of posting must be obtained, and retained until We conform you that we have received your item.

4. No postage and packing paid will be refunded (postage will be deducted from original price).
